Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ARC Group is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for shift work with clients in the Everett, WA The As a CNA, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will provide provides essential, direct care to clients/residents/patients. The CNA assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), observes and reports changes in condition, supports comfort and safety, and works as part of the care team to enhance patient quality of life.

Schedule: Day and Evening shifts available
Key Responsibilities / Duties Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist clients/residents with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, toileting, and oral care
- Help with dressing / undressing, positioning, transfers, and ambulation
- Feed clients or assist with meals and ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Monitor and document intake and output (fluids, food, urinary output)
- Provide range of motion exercises (passive / active) and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
- Assist with mobility, transferring to/from bed, wheelchair, commode
- Observe and report changes in clients' condition, behavior, or appearance to the licensed nurse
- Assist in basic comfort measures (such as bed making, linen changes, environmental tidiness)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of client rooms and common areas
- Respond to call lights, assist clients promptly
- Follow infection control practices, adhere to safety protocols
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
- Support clients' rights, respect dignity, privacy, and promote independence
- Assist licensed nursing staff as delegated and within the scope of practice permitted by Washington law
Required Qualifications / Conditions - Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) in good standing (or eligible to be certified)
- Completion of a state approved nursing assistant training program (minimum 108 hours: 35 theory + 33 skills lab + 40 clinical) and passing of the competency exam per state requirement Washington State Department of Health
- Ability to work under supervision, accept direction, and follow facility policies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and staff
- Physical ability to assist in transfers, lifting (as allowed by facility policy), bending, standing, pushing, pulling
- Sensitivity, compassion, patience, and respect for clients' rights and dignity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Passing a background check, drug screen, and other compliance checks as required by state/facility
Working Conditions / Environment - Fast-paced health care environment
- Exposure to bodily fluids, infectious disease risk; must follow standard precaution protocols
- Frequent interaction with clients who may be dependent or have limited mobility
- Shift work, days and evenings
