Duties & Responsibilities

- Follow universal precautions and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Assist with patient transfers and ensure patient safety during all activities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Flexibly adapt to changing demands and additional assigned duties as required

- Uphold infection control protocols and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Nursing Assistant certification (CNA) or equivalent required
- Prior experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar healthcare role preferred

- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
