The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) role is integral in providing comprehensive care for women throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. As a CNM, you will participate in both 24-hour and 12-hour in-house call shifts on the Labor & Delivery unit, offering expertise in routine and high-acuity situations. Your responsibilities will include not only full-scope midwifery care but also occasional clinic visits and first-assist duties during Cesarean deliveries. You will work in partnership with experienced OB/GYNs, MFMs, and nursing staff, ensuring seamless patient care and continuity.
