As a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), you will have flexibility in your schedule, with the ability to focus on either clinic responsibilities or hospital call shifts, never both simultaneously. This structure allows for a balanced workload and the opportunity to provide focused, high-quality care during each shift.
The clinic census typically ranges from 20 to 25 patients per day, providing a steady and manageable patient flow. When you are scheduled for call coverage, you are relieved of clinic duties, enabling you to concentrate fully on hospital-based responsibilities. This approach ensures optimal care for patients and supports a collaborative team atmosphere.

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) - Summary- Locum tenens position for a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in a leading hospital and clinic setting.
- Full-scope midwifery practice, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and women’s health care.
- Level 2 NICU hospital with a strong, breast-friendly maternity team.
- Flexible scheduling with clinic and on-call shifts.
