Working as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in our outpatient clinic offers the unique chance to engage directly with patients and provide essential support to healthcare providers. The CMA will be responsible for a wide range of clinical and administrative duties, ensuring seamless patient flow and excellent service delivery. This role requires a certification from an accredited medical assistant program, a strong working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, and demonstrated experience in outpatient, urgent care, or family practice settings. The ability to perform basic life support techniques and respond quickly in emergency situations is also essential.

As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will greet patients, prepare them for exams, explain procedures to ease anxieties, and collect accurate medical histories and vital signs. You'll also be entrusted with administering medications and injections under the supervision of licensed providers, documenting patient interactions thoroughly, and assisting healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
