- Balance team and individual responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time with limited supervision
- Offer cross-training and additional coverage at various practice locations when needed
- Effectively delegate tasks and support team members as required
- Maintain and update electronic medical records as directed
- Follow all compliance and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program
- Active Certified Medical Assistant certification (Massachusetts certification required)
- Medical office experience and familiarity with electronic medical records preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
