Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care under medical direction in a 4:1 supervision model
- Manage complex surgical cases including neuro, spine, ENT, EP lab, OB/L&D, and pediatrics
- Perform advanced procedures such as arterial line placement, intubations, and ventilator management
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination
- Participate in a supportive onboarding process and integrate into a positive team culture
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence
- Work 10- or 12-hour shifts, days or evenings, with no required call
