The Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS, ARRT-R) is responsible for direct assistance during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. This includes scrubbing in for cases, monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data in real-time, and ensuring that all procedural documentation is accurately completed in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist physicians (Cardiologists/Radiologists) during procedures by scrubbing in and monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data
- Operate advanced imaging equipment including fluoroscopy machines, and manage contrast medium and power injectors
- Prepare patients for procedures, monitor vital signs, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each case
- Maintain, stock, and sterilize procedure rooms, ensuring all necessary supplies and instruments are available and ready for use
- Document all procedures accurately, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and radiation safety regulations
- Participate in on-call rotations, including STEMI call, to provide rapid response in cardiac emergencies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in cardiovascular or radiologic technology
- Active Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license with a valid fluoroscopy permit
- Certification as ARRT-R (Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS, AHA) certification required upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Prior experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Interventional Radiology setting preferred
