Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) – Cath Lab Tech Summary
- Full-time contract position in a dynamic Cath Lab setting
- Provide diagnostic and interventional imaging for cardiovascular procedures
- Participate in STEMI on-call rotation as required
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures within the Cath Lab
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures
- Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols
- Uphold radiation safety measures for patients, staff, and self at all times
- Monitor patients during procedures and promptly report changes in condition
- Prepare, operate, and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with manufacturer and facility guidelines
- Document procedures and patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system
- Participate in STEMI on-call rotation and respond rapidly to emergency cardiac cases as scheduled
- Collaborate with the Cath Lab team to ensure seamless workflow and optimal patient care

- Active Radiology License (required)
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) preferred
