Catering Sales Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect and canvas local businesses to identify potential catering clients.
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and deliver engaging food presentations to prospective clients.
- Focus on new customer acquisition and drive outside revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Allocate approximately 80% of time to prospecting and marketing activities in the field.
- Utilize CRM tools, email, phone, and online platforms to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with company leadership to target specific industries and high-opportunity areas.
- Execute weekly sales plans, follow-up with clients, and close high-volume catering deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth and client satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing feedback and insights to refine and improve sales strategies.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with monthly bonus eligibility.
- PTO structure: 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years.
