- Complete work assignments as directed by the Carpenter Foreman
- Maintain and properly use hand tools and equipment
- Perform job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Cut and install framing materials for custom residential projects
- Construct floor, wall, and roof systems
- Build and sheet interior and exterior walls
- Assist with concrete forms and foundations, layout and framing of walls, door and window framing, floor and ceiling joist installation, roof framing, and stair construction
- Operate tools such as Skilsaw, Sawzall, levels, and layout tools
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and supervisors

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1–4 years of residential construction experience depending on position level
- Experience in residential framing and/or finish carpentry preferred
- Possess basic carpentry tools as outlined by the company
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Basic blueprint reading skills required
- Valid California Driver’s License with insurable driving record
- Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and handling building materials
- Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and heights above 20 feet
- Ability to work on elevated framing members
- Good eyesight and depth perception
- Effective communication skills in English, including following verbal and written instructions
- Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship
- Excels at working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Knowledge of roof framing, stair layout, floor systems, and concrete form work
- Experience with custom residential construction
