Carpenter - Summary- Full-time Carpenter position focused on high-end residential construction projects.
- Work involves both framing and finish carpentry tasks.

- Complete assigned carpentry tasks as directed by the Carpenter Foreman.
- Maintain and properly utilize hand tools and equipment required for carpentry work.
- Set up, clean, and handle materials on job sites effectively.
- Cut and install framing materials for custom residential projects.
- Construct floor, wall, and roof systems, including interior and exterior wall sheeting.
- Assist with concrete forms, foundations, and layout/framing of walls.
- Frame doors and windows, install floor and ceiling joists, and participate in roof framing and stair construction.
- Operate various carpentry tools such as Skilsaws, Sawzalls, and layout tools.
- Strictly adhere to company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1–4 years of residential construction experience, depending on position level.
- Experience in residential framing and/or finish carpentry preferred.
- Possession of basic carpentry tools as specified by the company.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and interpret basic blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and handling/moving building materials.
- Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and at heights above 20 feet.
- Good eyesight and depth perception are essential.
- Effective communication skills in English, including the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Dependable and hardworking with a safety-first mindset.
- Demonstrates pride in workmanship and attention to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative crew.
