Cardiovascular Operating Room RN (CVOR RN) - Summary- Full-time CVOR RN role supporting complex cardiac and thoracic surgeries
- Primary focus on maintaining patient safety and supporting optimal surgical outcomes
- Key member of a multidisciplinary surgical team utilizing advanced robotic technology
- Deliver expert nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room for high-acuity cardiac and thoracic procedures
- Operate and assist with Da Vinci XI robotic surgical systems for minimally invasive procedures
- Manage intraoperative patient care, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members
- Maintain sterile technique and monitor surgical instrumentation throughout the procedure

- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience as a CVOR RN in an acute care hospital environment
- Proficiency with Da Vinci XI robotic surgical platform is required
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Seasoned CVOR RN with a passion for excellence in cardiovascular surgical care
