- Serve as a clinical resource for the surgical team, supporting patient safety, quality, and education initiatives.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for comprehensive patient documentation and care coordination.

- Ability to independently manage inpatient cardiothoracic surgery patients across multiple care settings (OR, ICU, pre- and post-op).
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
- Prior locum tenens experience is advantageous.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical mentorship, especially in EVH techniques.
- Proficient in cardiothoracic surgical procedures, with a strong foundation in endovascular vein harvesting.
- Experienced in both clinical practice and teaching or mentoring advanced practice providers.
