Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of accredited residency in general surgery and fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery
- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Active and unrestricted medical license
