Cardiothoracic Surgeon MD - Summary- Full-time position for a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon MD (also recognized as CT Surgeon or Cardiac Surgeon)
- Provide surgical care across multiple clinical sites
- Long-term assignment with a minimum commitment of 90-120 days
- Participate in clinic hours and structured on-call rotation, including weekends
- Perform a broad range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures for both adult and, if applicable, pediatric patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and manage patient care plans
- Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient consultations and evaluations
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations
- Participate in night and weekend call duties as scheduled
- Adapt to working at multiple sites, ensuring consistent standards of care
- Follow all institutional policies and procedures related to patient safety and care quality

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
