Candidates in this role will be engaged on a 3x12 hour weekly shift schedule, with one weekend commitment and three consecutive night shifts scheduled per month. No first-assist duties in the operating room are required, allowing the provider to focus on critical care and inpatient management. The assignment duration is set for approximately 6-7 months, during which time the provider will have the opportunity to develop strong professional relationships and contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes.
