- Manage intraoperative tasks and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Provide post-operative care, including rounding, consults, and managing acute patient needs on the floor.
- Participate in on-call rotation, covering floor calls and emergent surgical cases at night and on weekends.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurse practitioners, and other advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality care.
