Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary- Full-time contract opportunity supporting cardiothoracic surgical teams
- Assist in 2-3 cardiothoracic surgery cases daily
- Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

- Assist cardiothoracic surgeons in the operating room for a variety of surgical cases
- Perform endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) and other technical tasks as required
- Conduct thorough pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
- Provide patient education and support throughout the surgical continuum
- Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in daily rounds and collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Share in call coverage responsibilities on a rotating basis (1:3 weekly and weekend call)
- Respond promptly to emergencies and deliver life-saving interventions as needed
