This is an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant with a passion for cardiothoracic surgery to work alongside a skilled team of surgeons and advanced practice providers in a high-volume, cutting-edge cardiac surgery program. The Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA-C) will be an integral part of a team that performs 500-600 heart surgeries annually, including all standard heart surgery procedures and a transplant program.
As a Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA-C), you will enjoy a high level of professional autonomy in both the operating room and clinical settings. The role primarily focuses on first assisting in surgery, providing you with ample opportunities for hands-on surgical experience. You will be working closely with two full-time surgeons and a collaborative team of advanced practice providers, utilizing state-of-the-art medical technology and benefiting from a robust support structure.
