Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary- Full-time contract position for a Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Six-month initial contract with a minimum 40-hour work week

- Comprehensive perioperative, intraoperative, and postoperative responsibilities

- Board Certified/Board Eligible as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current NCCPA certification
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Minimum of 1-2 years of surgical and/or cardiac experience, with direct experience in endoscopic vein harvesting
- BLS certification required
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a proven track record in cardiac surgery
- Proficient in endoscopic vein and artery harvesting
- Comfortable performing and managing bedside procedures and perioperative care
- Skilled in patient assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Flexible and adaptable to diverse scheduling needs
- Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
