In this full-time role, you will be an essential member of the cardiothoracic surgery team, responsible for advanced clinical functions and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The role involves a mix of operating room time and patient management, with approximately 50-60% of your time spent in surgery. Your experience in endoscopic vein harvesting and first-assisting in cardiac surgery is crucial, as you will participate in a variety of advanced procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repair or replacement, TAVR (transcatheter aortic valve replacement), thoracic and esophageal surgeries, and opportunities for robotic thoracic procedures. Additionally, you will play a vital role in preoperative evaluations and the provision of postoperative care, ensuring patients receive seamless, compassionate treatment throughout their surgical journey.

Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary- Integral member of the cardiothoracic surgical team
- Provides comprehensive care across the full continuum of cardiothoracic surgery
- Significant operating room (OR) time with advanced surgical responsibilities

- Demonstrated experience in endoscopic vein harvesting and first-assisting in cardiac surgery required
