Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and follow-up evaluations
- Assist in the diagnosis and management of a wide spectrum of cardiovascular diseases
- Interpret ECGs, cardiac imaging, and reports from implantable cardiac devices
- Manage and oversee care for patients with implantable cardiac devices
- Supervise and participate in stress testing procedures for diagnostic evaluation
- Perform minor in-office procedures, including loop recorder implantation/removal, cardioversion, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
- Educate patients on disease prevention, risk factor modification, and healthy lifestyle choices tailored to cardiovascular health
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Utilize advanced healthcare technology to enhance workflow, such as AI Scribe and Epic EHR
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive compensation, starting at $140,000 with additional quality incentives available
- Annual quality incentives of up to $13,000 and RVU productivity bonuses

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Certification as an NP or PA, with prescriptive authority as required

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
