We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cardiologist (MD/DO) for a full-time, permanent opportunity at a well-established hospital in Eastern Oregon. The Cardiologist (MD/DO) will work alongside one other full-time Cardiologist and two part-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioners (NPs), supported by a skilled nursing staff and administrative team. Patient volumes are manageable, averaging 12-16 patients per day, and providers seeing 15 or more patients per day benefit from dedicated scribe support. The role also features robust referral networks and a high demand for cardiovascular services, ensuring a steady and diverse caseload. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive cardiology services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiac conditions
- Supervise and interpret stress testing procedures in conjunction with the hospital's respiratory therapy department
- Analyze and interpret cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports
- Perform minor cardiac procedures such as implanting and removing loop recorders, cardioversion, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
- Coordinate with Cardiology Nurse Practitioners and nursing staff to deliver collaborative, patient-centered care
- Participate in ongoing clinical education, quality improvement, and professional development activities
- Engage with a strong referral base to provide consultative and follow-up services for patients across the continuum of care
- Contribute to the hospital's commitment to excellence in patient outcomes and clinical innovation

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification or board eligibility in Cardiology
- Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience with cardiac imaging, device management, and minor invasive cardiac procedures preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
