- Current Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, or eligibility to obtain, as required by state regulations
- At least one year of experience in cardiothoracic care (pre-operative or post-operative) as an NP or PA
- Demonstrated expertise in cardiac surgery step-down care
