Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of noninvasive cardiac ultrasound examinations, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms
- Operate and maintain sophisticated ultrasound equipment in accordance with clinical protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate interpretation of sonographic data
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy
- Document findings and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and institutional standards
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Provide education and support to patients regarding procedures and cardiac health

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program with a focus on cardiac imaging
- Current Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification or eligibility
