As a Cardiac Electrophysiologist (EP), you will deliver full-scope electrophysiology care within an established service line that is continually investing in technology and expanding procedural capabilities. The program features modern catheterization labs, hybrid ORs, and advanced imaging modalities, ensuring access to the latest tools for optimal patient outcomes. Your role will be further supported by a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice clinicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff dedicated to efficient scheduling and integrated inpatient/outpatient care delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive electrophysiology procedures, including:
- Device implantation and management (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders)
- Advanced ablation procedures for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, and ventricular tachycardia
- Structural heart interventions, such as Watchman procedures
- Participate in both inpatient and outpatient care, with balanced EP lab and clinic schedules
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including other EP physicians, cardiologists, APCs, RNs, and MAs
- Utilize state-of-the-art facilities, including modern cath labs, hybrid ORs, and advanced imaging (cardiac CTA, MRI)
- Engage in shared care models and efficient patient scheduling templates
- Contribute to the clinical growth and expansion of the electrophysiology program
- Maintain high standards for patient safety, documentation, and care coordination

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Completion of fellowship training in electrophysiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin
