Cardiac Anesthesiologist (MD/DO, Cardiac Anesthesia) - Summary- Full-time role providing anesthesia care for high-acuity cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical cases
- Join a recognized cardiac program with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Opportunity to make a significant impact while maintaining work-life balance
- Deliver anesthesia for open heart, structural heart, thoracic, and vascular procedures
- Participate in a robust and expanding cardiac program with approximately 1,300 cases annually
- Provide general anesthesia coverage as needed
- Work closely with CRNAs and surgical teams in an ACT (Anesthesia Care Team) model
- Engage in preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative care of cardiac and thoracic patients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical education within the department
- Market-adjusted base salary plus additional cardiac stipend

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training or significant experience in cardiac anesthesia preferred
- Eligible for medical licensure
- Strong commitment to team-based, high-quality patient care
- Experienced in complex cardiac anesthesia cases and comfortable with high-acuity patients
