Your work will play a crucial role in supporting surgical teams and delivering optimal outcomes for patients undergoing procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), mitral and aortic valve replacements, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), left atrial appendage closure (LAAC), Maze procedures, and atrial fibrillation ablations.

Cardiac Anesthesiologist, MD/DO - Summary- Provide anesthesia care exclusively for cardiac procedures in a state-of-the-art hospital setting
- Engage in a collaborative and supportive work environment with experienced colleagues

- Administer anesthesia for a wide range of cardiac surgeries and interventions, including CABG, MV, AV, TAVR, LAAC, Maze, and Afib ablations
- Perform and interpret intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) as required
- Work in an inpatient setting with 1-2 dedicated cardiac operating rooms, 1 electrophysiology lab, and 1 structural interventional lab
- Collaborate with surgical, medical, and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination
- Focus solely on cardiac anesthesia cases, with no general case or CRNA supervision required

- Proficiency with Epic EMR is advantageous
- Experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist, MD/DO, with a strong background in advanced cardiac cases
