This position requires an individual who is adept at performing transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), managing a diverse range of cardiovascular cases, and supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) specializing in cardiac anesthesia. Competence in performing epidurals and TEE is essential. Candidates must hold an active Arkansas medical license or be eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). The credentialing process is streamlined, typically completed within 2-3 weeks, ensuring a smooth transition into the clinical team.
