- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training or significant experience in Cardiac Anesthesiology highly preferred
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of NY or ability to obtain
