Business Systems Manager - Summary- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of business systems and workflows
- Champion automation and process improvements for onboarding and user experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align systems with company growth and objectives
- Play a foundational role in scaling the company’s operational infrastructure
- Architect, implement, and optimize CRM systems and workflows to manage backend fulfillment and user-facing operations
- Automate onboarding processes for new members utilizing tools such as Airtable, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel
- Integrate and refine communication channels for improved coordination and transparency
- Partner with leadership and various teams to ensure workflows support broader operational strategies
- Continuously evaluate, test, and refine systems for maximum efficiency and user satisfaction
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or pain points in operational processes
- Document workflows and provide training or support to internal teams as new systems are deployed
