Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Summary- Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow and operational support for manufacturing systems.
- Utilize SQL to run and maintain standard queries, supporting data analysis and reporting for the eRMS OTC program.
- Support manufacturing sites and handheld device applications by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving system issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with teams to leverage JD Edwards (JDE) for business process optimization and system integration.

- Minimum of four years' experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on SQL query writing and data analysis.
- Proven experience utilizing JD Edwards (JDE) in a business or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting ERMS or similar manufacturing management systems is a plus.
