IDR is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role offers the chance to support capital markets initiatives through system analysis, data integration, and surveillance solutions in a dynamic environment focused on trading data and regulatory compliance.
Position Overview for the Business Systems Analyst:
- Lead and support the implementation of TradingHub Trade Surveillance solutions across capital markets environments
- Perform detailed data mapping and analysis of order and execution data across various asset classes
- Analyze and interpret trading activity for Commodities, Equities, FX, and Fixed Income
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements
- Support the integration of trading and order data into surveillance and supervision systems
Requirements for the Business Systems Analyst:
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst within capital markets
- Hands-on experience implementing TradingHub Trade Surveillance solutions
- Strong experience in data mapping, data analysis, and trade lifecycle workflows
- Deep understanding of order and execution data across multiple asset classes: Commodities, Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income
- Experience with integration and implementation of trading data into surveillance platforms
