Business Systems Analyst - Summary

- Facilitate and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external vendors to clarify requirements and system functionality.
- Assist with governance processes, ensuring all documentation aligns with both project and organizational standards.
- Support commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software implementations and system migrations, including transitions from on-premises to vendor cloud solutions.
- Utilize project and requirements tracking tools such as Jira and Excel to monitor progress and maintain documentation accuracy.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a large, corporate, matrixed environment.

- Experience working with waterfall-based project delivery methodologies.
- Background supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software implementations and managing system migrations, such as on-premises to cloud solutions.
