Business Systems Analyst - Summary
- Serve as a critical liaison between business operations and IT, focusing on system implementations and workflow design within healthcare organizations.
- Engage with stakeholders across clinical and ancillary departments to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to solution delivery and post-implementation support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders from departments such as Radiology, Pharmacy, and Lab.
- Document detailed business and system requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and optimize operational workflows to support effective use of EMR systems and third-party healthcare applications.
- Produce critical project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and process diagrams.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technology solutions.
- Support system testing, training, and deployment to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.

Qualifications & Requirements
