- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical production support as needed.

- Demonstrated experience with Informatica or an equivalent ETL tool.
- Familiarity with ActiveBatch or comparable enterprise scheduling tools.
- Hands-on experience supporting ETL data movement in a production operations capacity, specifically troubleshooting and resolving failures.
- Proficiency in interpreting SQL syntax across multiple database platforms, such as SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza, and DB2.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong Linux/Unix skills, including navigating directories, understanding file permissions and environment variables, reading shell scripts, and editing with vi.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for data integrity and operational excellence.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experienced in both technical troubleshooting and process documentation.
