The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing tailored solutions that support their business objectives. Business Development Representative (BDR) - Summary
- Direct-hire, remote position representing industry-leading HVAC and water solutions
- Focus on new client acquisition and expanding existing accounts

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers through proactive outbound sales calls
- Analyze business intelligence data to identify and pursue sales and margin growth opportunities
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and effective business decision-making skills
- Utilize negotiation skills and financial acumen to maximize profitability
- Manage multiple account projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM, ensuring accurate sales notes and adherence to company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Warranty, and Regional Sales Managers
- Participate in product and sales training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quotas
- Strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills; comfortable managing high call volumes
- Track record of successfully establishing and growing client relationships
- Experience in complex sales environments with longer sales cycles
- Demonstrated tenure with previous employers, indicating commitment to long-term engagement
