In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building with healthcare industry leaders. As the face of Optigy Group, you will leverage your expertise to present our comprehensive suite of staffing services, ensuring that each client receives customized solutions to address their unique challenges. You will engage with C-suite executives, including CEOs, COOs, and Medical Directors, to understand their organizational needs and demonstrate how Optigy Group’s offerings can facilitate workforce stability and operational success.
The Business Development Manager – Healthcare Staffing position requires a consultative approach to sales, allowing you to tailor presentations and proposals that resonate with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector. You will utilize virtual platforms such as Zoom to effectively communicate and present high-impact service decks, adapting your messaging to meet the specific objectives of each prospective client. Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities will be essential, positioning you as a knowledgeable resource and trusted partner for clients navigating the dynamic healthcare staffing landscape.
Managing the entire sales cycle will be a core responsibility, from initial outreach and prospecting through to contract execution and strategic handoffs to the Delivery Team. You will be accountable for tracking sales metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring a seamless transition from client onboarding to service implementation. Collaboration is key, as you work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on client expectations, project timelines, and service delivery standards.
While most client engagements are currently conducted virtually, occasional travel may be required to support business growth and expand territory coverage. Your success in this role will be fueled by your ability to prospect relentlessly, exceed sales quotas, and build enduring relationships with healthcare organizations seeking reliable staffing solutions.
