Business Development Manager – Healthcare Staffing Summary
- Lead business development efforts for Palm Health Resources’ Locum Tenens Physician and APP division.
- Drive client acquisition, develop new business opportunities, and expand existing client relationships within the healthcare sector.
- Represent the company to healthcare organizations, delivering customized staffing solutions and building strong industry partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to increase market share in physician and APP locum staffing.
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, outreach, networking, and strategic follow-up initiatives.
- Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pricing tailored to individual client needs.
- Grow and manage national accounts by securing new locum and permanent job opportunities for physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in the healthcare staffing industry.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Lead and motivate the sales and business development team to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related sector.
