The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a pivotal role in advancing Tangelo’s mission to improve access to nutritious food for low-income families and those managing chronic conditions. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be instrumental in fostering strong partnerships, driving program activation, and ensuring a seamless experience for our partners. This full-time position is perfect for individuals looking to make a tangible impact within the healthcare and social services landscape, especially in bustling urban environments.

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will lead outreach and onboarding efforts, representing Tangelo to a diverse range of partners, including clinical providers, community-based organizations, and governmental entities. Your focus will be on identifying high-value organizations, developing structured engagement plans, and ensuring that all partners are well-equipped to participate in our programs.

Working collaboratively with internal teams such as Operations, Product, and Marketing, you will help oversee the entire partner lifecycle—from initial contact and onboarding to referral activation and ongoing relationship management. Your expertise in navigating complex health and social care networks will be essential for driving partner engagement and maximizing the reach of Tangelo’s programs.
