- Minimum 3 years of experience in a liaison, business analyst, or similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL or BI/query tools
- Strong experience in bridging communication between business and IT teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests efficiently
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., Jira)
- Knowledge of documentation platforms like Confluence
