- 12+ years of experience in a Business Architect or similar strategic role focused on enterprise-level initiatives.
- 12+ years of experience with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), including hands-on application in complex system environments.
- Experience with MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) is highly desirable.
- 10+ years supporting public sector agencies, with a strong preference for those familiar with state government operations.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, stakeholder engagement, and requirements definition.
- Expertise in bridging business strategy with technology solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership in digital transformation and business process reengineering.
- Deep understanding of MITA frameworks and public sector enterprise architecture.
