- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting MMIS/MES or Medicaid systems.
- Direct experience with Provider Management Modules and in-depth understanding of Medicaid business processes.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
