In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the gathering, analysis, and documentation of requirements related to MMIS Provider Management. This includes translating complex business needs into structured, testable functional requirements and conducting thorough gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement. The Business Analyst – MMIS Provider Management will work closely with technical and quality assurance teams, ensuring the accurate implementation of requirements and maintaining alignment with project objectives.

You will facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive consensus on priorities and solution approaches. The position requires a deep understanding of Medicaid business processes, direct experience with Provider Management Modules, and a strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will often serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
