- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Proficient in data analysis, with experience using Excel and SQL preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
