Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process reengineering and identifying technology solutions to address complex problems.
- Proven experience in Agile environments, with a preference for those familiar with the SAFe methodology.
- Strong understanding of Medicaid and CHIP systems, with specific knowledge of Texas HHSC processes considered an asset.
- Ability to support and contribute to major system modernization projects as part of a cross-functional team.
