- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, mapping, and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Visio for process mapping.
- Experience working within Agile/SCRUM environments.
