Duties & Responsibilities- Collaborate with business users to analyze current workflows, identify areas for process improvement, and document functional requirements for new software solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications for development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demonstrations to keep projects on track and stakeholders engaged.
- Create wireframes and mockups using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Publisher to visually communicate proposed solutions and gather early feedback from users.
- Drive process improvement initiatives aimed at automation, efficiency, and enhanced user experience across various business functions.
- Utilize Azure DevOps or similar project management tools to track deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Assist with light data reporting and analytics using SQL queries or data visualization platforms like Power BI to support informed decision-making.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning within the team.
