As a Business Analyst – Accela, you will analyze existing business processes, identify improvement areas, and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions within the Accela ecosystem. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals and business stakeholders, to design, configure, and enhance the Accela permitting and licensing system. Your contributions will support streamlined workflows, increased user satisfaction, and the continued success of the organization’s digital initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates who possess hands-on experience with Accela, a strong background in business analysis, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Jira. You’ll have the chance to lead system configuration, support user adoption, and ensure quality assurance throughout the software lifecycle.
