IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves supporting current projects and priorities within a government agency, focusing on facilitating the gathering of themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The Business Analyst will work closely with project and development teams to improve agency effectiveness, ensure compliance with statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
- Support ongoing projects by gathering and analyzing requirements documentation, including themes, epics, and user stories.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project development aligns with agency goals and compliance standards.
- Facilitate discussions around story points and use case documentation to enhance project planning and execution.
- Assist in process documentation and mapping to support organizational improvements.
- Contribute to quality assurance and project development activities, ensuring clear communication and deliverable quality.
Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a senior-level Business Analyst in a technical or emerging technology environment.
- At least 4 years of experience with Agile project management methodology/practices.
- Understanding and experience in documenting use cases and process mapping.
- Strong ability in facilitating requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven track record supporting government or similar organizational projects, with a focus on compliance and service delivery.
